This work is ongoing and
requires that we:

Co-direct a complex Europe-wide research programme with a special
emphasis on the UK, France, Germany and Italy;

Review and advise on questionnaires for telephone and web based capture
of information, manage and deliver secondary research (economic and data
to support forecast of future market values and business models);

Analyse data and produce final report addressing the business models,
contract styles, technology infrastructure and installed base (hardware
and software), service offerings and investment plans for the use of
document and records management systems in Europe.
The final
report will be published early in 2005 and made available to a select group
of clients, before wider release to the private and public sector.
We are
delivering using combined roles as subject matter experts coupled with and
classical project management skills. This ensures that this complex project
delivers value as an authoritative benchmarking study of best (and less than
ideal) practices for efficiency gains, investment planning and
organisational change in key segments for public and private sector clients.
