A UK Public Body has commissioned Quest4 to review and help align their portfolio of technology based change programmes with their overall delivery strategy.

 


This work is ongoing and requires that we:

  • Review the client's strategy and business plan for addressing a key component of the Corporate Plan;

  • Submit a report outlining possible future strategic directions for the client, identifying any strategic partnerships that may need to be formed or existing client assets (tangible and intangible) which may need to be developed;

  • Obtain the views of key stakeholders and customers so that their inputs are addressed as we produce our strategic advice;

  • Advise on priorities for aligning the portfolio of projects in the institutional change programme, making best use of the available resources.

We have used the Balanced Scorecard approach as a structure for review and reporting.
